【三餸一湯】蜜糖沙拉蝦球Deep fried shrimp with honey and mayonnaise sauce - 香港蘋果日報

蜜糖沙拉蝦球

材料:

蝦300克

蛋黃醬3湯匙

蜜糖2湯匙

地瓜粉100克

葱2條

蒜頭1瓣

醃料:

胡椒粉少許

粟粉少許

紹酒1茶匙

做法:

1. 蝦去頭去殼,留煲湯用。蝦背部切一刀但不切斷,去腸。蝦加醃料拌勻。切葱花,蒜頭切碎。

2. 把蝦沾上地瓜粉。燒熱油,炸蝦至熟,撈起備用。

3. 另起油鑊,爆香蒜頭,放入蝦回鑊。熄火,加入蛋黃醬和蜜糖,用餘溫拌勻。撒黑椒。撒葱花裝飾。

Ingredients:

Shrimp 300g

Mayonnaise sauce 3 tablespoons

Honey 2 tablespoons

Sweet potato starch 100g

Green onion 2 pcs

Garlic 1 clove

Marinade:

Pepper Little

Cornstarch Little

Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon

Steps:

1. Take off shrimp head and shell for soup. Cut the shrimp back slightly. Devein shrimp. Marinate shrimp with marinade. Shred green onion and garlic.

2. Mix shrimp with sweet potato starch. Heat the oil, deep fry shrimp and pick it up.

3. Heat the oil again, stir fry garlic. Put shrimp back to pan. Turn off the heat, put in mayonnaise and honey, stir well. Put a little black pepper. Garnish with green onion.
