■全国のファミリーマートにて８月３１日から発売

　ケンコーマヨネーズ＜２９１５＞（東１）の１００％子会社のサラダカフェは、ファミリーマートから発売される『桜チップで燻したスモークチキンのサラダ（すりおろし野菜ドレッシング）』（価格：４６２円、税込４９８円）を監修した。同商品は、８月３１日（火）から１０月４日（月）の期間限定で、全国（北海道、沖縄県を除く）のファミリーマート約１万６０００店舗で発売される。

　同商品は、２０２１年６月２２日発売『国産ケールと７種野菜のグリーンサラダ（シーザーサラダドレッシング）』、７月２７日発売『メキシカングリーンサラダ（ハニービネガードレッシング）』に続く、サラダカフェ監修シリーズの第３弾。今回は、桜チップで燻したやわらかなスモークチキンが主役。北海道産の男爵芋を皮付きのままスライスして揚げたポテトや、プチプチとした食感が楽しい雑穀、にんじんマリネを彩りに添え、満足感のあるサラダに仕上げた。すりおろしたたまねぎやりんごなどの甘味に、にんにくやアンチョビの旨みをきかせたドレッシングは、サラダのおいしさをより引き立てる。（情報提供：日本インタビュ新聞社・株式投資情報編集部）
